A two-night camping trip sounds simple until you try to fit it around Friday’s workday, Saturday’s activities, and everything that needs to happen before you leave on Sunday.
Fall adds another consideration: the evening daylight you remember from summer may no longer be available. A campground that looks close enough on a map can become a rushed arrival when you include traffic, stops, check-in, and setting up somewhere unfamiliar.
